Role Description

HCM Business Advisory supports HR strategies and initiatives across the bank.  It is also a key enabler of effective delivery of the banks HR strategy through the provision of expert knowledge and support on HR policies, programmes, processes, people strategy and ensures consistent application of HR best practice.

Your key responsibilities

• Working with stakeholders in implementing people agenda initiatives, providing advice to employees and managers on people topics, providing guidance on HR policies and processes including employee lifecycle changes, troubleshooting technical issues in HR applications.
•  Working with the HRBPs and specialist HR product areas to support employee queries and cyclical processes like  performance management,  year-end compensation and promotion process, annual tax proof submission etc
• Partnering with HRIT teams and country HR on new releases, testing new functionalities in HR systems
• Responsibility and accountability for delivering HR services in line with country regulations.
• Assistinng compliance AFC and regional ER teams on data collation for internal investigations.
• Partnering with the heads of business to ensure sound people decisions are undertaken.
• Supporting and driving organizational initiatives and work with respective stakeholders
• Partnering with the business to define and translate business needs into human capital strategy.
• Driving the global processes, also in region, country or sub-division, e.g. year-end compensation  and promotion process and talent management,

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR shared services and advisory functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in troubleshooting complex issues across HR functions.
• Good knowledge of HCM tools like Workday, Service Now etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
