Financial Analysis -AnalystYou are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Financial Analysis. You have found the right team.As a Financial Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Developing expertise in forecasting and analyzing trends in business drivers, balance sheet and income statement across stress testing forecasts and business planning</li><li>Managing and analyzing business strategic inputs and assumptions used in the forecasting model</li><li>Analyzing performance and revenue drivers to influence model choice decisions</li><li>Acting as key supporting role with Sub-LOBs, and Corporate and Others (i.e. Challenger, Business Control Officers, MRGR) for various capital stress testing and forecast &amp; optimization projects</li><li>Creating executive presentations that summarize forecast results, and issues/risks or address ad-hoc requests</li><li>Performing quality control and necessary secondary review for deliverables, such as CCAR narratives documented by all CCB sub-LOBs</li><li>Supporting other aspects of CCB stress testing processes, including but not limited to, strategic forecasting </li><li>Driving forecast automation &amp; improvement initiatives, improving productivity, quality &amp; alignment to target state platforms</li></ul>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills <ul><li>Master in finance or economics / CA / CFA / Master in Business Administration / PGDBM from top Tier institute is required</li><li>Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance and related domain</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail </li><li>Technical experiences BI tools, PPT, and advanced Excel</li><li>Excellent and proven communication skills, both written and verbal. Perform under high stress and fast paced environment</li><li>Strong track record of delivering challenging initiatives using advanced program/product/function management skillset </li><li>Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative – can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization </li><li>Detailed oriented, organized, process oriented &amp; control mindset</li><li>Good prioritization skills.
