Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and automation within ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
