Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to build scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving project needs and close coordination with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog.
- Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze system performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with integrating monitoring tools into custom software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
