As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. This position requires continuous interaction with different teams to ensure that data models are accurate, efficient, and support the organization's objectives. The Data Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by translating complex data needs into structured models that facilitate effective data management and utilization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements for modeling purposes.
- Ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Assist in documenting data models and related processes to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices in data modeling.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases.
- Experience with data modeling concepts and techniques specific to graph database environments.
- Ability to design and optimize data models for performance and scalability in graph database systems.
- Familiarity with query languages and tools used in graph databases to validate and manipulate data models.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data relationships and translate them into effective models.
- Capability to work with diverse data sources and integrate them into cohesive graph data structures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Graph Databases.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
