Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned – Performance Marketing (Brand & Growth Marketing) 

Responsibilities: 

PwC is looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing – Brand & Growth Marketing to drive integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, accelerate customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management, GTM strategy, digital marketing, creator/influencer marketing, CRM, and campaign execution across multiple channels. 

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can collaborate across internal stakeholders, external agencies, and leadership teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. 

• Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) planning for new offerings, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. 

• Build and strengthen brand positioning through ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential marketing programs. 

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, email, events, and offline platforms. 

• Drive demand generation and customer acquisition through data-driven marketing initiatives. 

• Manage creator, influencer, and partnership marketing programs to improve brand awareness and engagement. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Consulting, Design, and Leadership to ensure successful campaign execution. 

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend optimization strategies to maximize ROI. 

• Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, and campaign timelines. 

• Create leadership communication and thought leadership content for executive branding.

Years of experience required:

• Strong understanding of digital channels including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, marketplaces, and CRM platforms. 

• Experience in marketing automation and analytics tools is preferred. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
