Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Manage Partnerships: Oversee external collection agencies and act as the main contact point.
- Monitor Portfolios: Track overdue accounts and reduce overall delinquency rates.
- Drive Recovery Strategies: Implement bucket-wise strategies for tele-calling, field visits, and legal steps.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow internal banking norms, audits, and legal regulations.
- Report Data: Prepare performance reports on recovery metrics for internal leaders
