Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong experience in automated testing frameworks and scripting for web applications.
- Ability to design and implement robust test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline testing processes.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting issues within complex software environments.
- Knowledge of modern software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
