Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business process needs and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project demands, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational goals. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Composite Reporting, Workday Studio.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet specific business needs.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
