Job Description
Job Title – Sales Executive Home Loan Function / Department – Sales
- Roles and Responsibilities Generate Home Loan leads from the open market and through different channels like DSAs, connectors, or builders.
- Meet clients, verify documents, process files, and coordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan.
- Monitor leads and check the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per targets.
- Responsible for knowing and complying with all legal requirements as per the law of the land.
- Meet builders/DSAs/connectors associations for tie-ups/implementation for housing loans.
- Connect with the Loan Processing Centre to ensure file disbursement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target.
- Expertise Required / Domain KnowledgeShould have knowledge of Home Loans.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a solid understanding of the potential of the local market.
Relevant Experience Preferably 1 year in the related field.
Education Minimum Higher Secondary.
