Role Overview :-

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across three business verticals: e-course products, social media services, and SaaS platform backend operations (non-technical). This role is meant for someone who can bring structure, process discipline, coordination, and accountability across moving parts, while ensuring that deliverables, users, clients, and internal teams are all handled smoothly.

Operational Execution:-

 Drive day-to-day operations for e-course product launches, including learner support workflows, batch tracking, and content readiness.

Service Coordination: Manage account operations for social media services by coordinating between strategy, content, design, and client timelines to ensure smooth delivery.

Platform Support: Execute non-technical backend operations for the SaaS platform, covering user onboarding, dashboard monitoring, issue routing, and support documentation.

Process Management: Build and maintain structured SOPs, trackers, and reporting systems to ensure team accountability and consistent deadline adherence.

Cross-Functional Support: Act as the primary support for customer tickets and take calls and resolve as necessary.
