About Adalaj Foods

Adalaj Foods is an emerging Indian FMCG food brand focused on delivering quality food products to consumers through a strong retail and distribution network.

Our initial product portfolio includes spices and essential food products, with a focus on products such as Red Chilli, Turmeric, Coriander, Jeera, Garam Masala and other food categories.

We are building Adalaj Foods with a long-term vision to expand across spices, packaged foods, dry fruits, snacks and other FMCG categories, while developing a strong presence across India and eventually international markets.

About the Role

We are looking for Sales Executives / Field Sales Representatives to build and expand the Adalaj Foods retail network.

The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting Kirana stores, supermarkets, retailers, wholesalers and other potential customers, introducing our products, generating orders and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit assigned areas and meet retailers, kirana stores and wholesalers.

* Introduce and explain Adalaj Foods products to potential customers.

* Generate new retailer accounts and regular orders.

* Take orders and maintain relationships with existing retailers.

* Expand product availability within the assigned territory.

* Follow up on payments and outstanding orders where required.

* Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activity.

* Report daily visits, orders and market feedback to management.

* Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.

* Develop the market for new products as Adalaj Foods expands its portfolio.

Who We Are Looking For

* Candidates with experience in FMCG, food, spices, retail or field sales are preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication and sales ability can also apply.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

* Knowledge of local retail markets will be an advantage.

Work Type

Full-Time | Field Sales | Ahmedabad and Near By Regions.

The candidate will be assigned a specific territory/area for market development and retailer visits.

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply; freshers will be trained, while FMCG/food/spices/field-sales experience will be preferred.
