Job Description
A Projects and Services Execution Engineer bridges the gap between project planning and on-site delivery. They supervise daily activities, manage contractors, and ensure projects (such as civil infrastructure, MEP, or industrial services) meet safety and quality standards while staying on schedule and within budget.Core ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution: Directing day-to-day construction or installation activities, verifying work matches engineering designs.Resource Management: Managing manpower, coordinating with subcontractors, and tracking the procurement of materials.Quality & Safety Compliance: Conducting routine site inspections, enforcing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, and resolving technical or operational issues.Progress Tracking: Preparing progress reports, evaluating costs (like BOQ and rate analyses), and coordinating testing and commissioning phases.
