Job Description

Telecaller — Genartml We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to handle leads and support our sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Call and communicate with leads.
  • Understand their requirements and qualify prospects.
  • Explain GenArtML’s products and services.
  • Follow up with interested leads.
  • Schedule meetings/demos with the sales or founding team.
  • Maintain lead records and status.
  • Achieve daily calling and qualified-lead targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English/Hindi; Gujarati is a plus.
  • Confident and persuasive communication.
  • Good listening and follow-up skills.
  • Target-oriented and professional attitude.
