US IT Recruiter

Position Summary: As a US Recruiter at Shivansh Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: ● Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc. to identify and attract qualified candidates). ● Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. ● Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles. ● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process. ● Assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit with clients' organizations. ● Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the negotiation process. ● Assist in the onboarding process, including background checks and necessary documentation. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. ● Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape. ● Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in recruitment. ● 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in an US staffing. ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ● Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. ● Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software. ● Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. ● Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. ● Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
