Job Description

  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
  • Attend incoming calls politely and professionally.
  • Understand basic client queries and route them to the appropriate team member.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers and management for meetings.
  • Maintain basic visitor/appointment records.
  • Support birthday/anniversary greetings and other client-touch activities.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and documents.
  • Coordinate with Office Services staff for hospitality and office readiness.
  • Maintain basic front-desk records and assigned administrative work.
  • RM appointments, webinar/IAP attendee follow-up, lead assignment, and follow-up status
