Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader with proven experience in Fintech / Credit Card / Banking Sales. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing a sales team and must preferably come with an existing team (on-roll/off-roll agents).
- Lead, manage, and drive a team of sales executives/agents for financial product sales (credit cards / loans / fintech products)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through team performance
- Bring and onboard a ready team of field sales executives (preferred)
- Monitor daily productivity, conversions, and team performance
- Provide on-ground training, motivation, and guidance to team members
- Ensure proper compliance and documentation as per company policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
- Minimum 2–6 years of experience in fintech / banking / credit card sales
- At least 1 year experience as Team Leader / TL / Supervisor
- Must have handled field sales / direct sales team
- Strong preference for candidates who can bring their own team
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Target-driven mindset with ability to perform under pressure
Preferred Background:
- Candidates from companies like Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Banks, NBFCs, Credit Card Sales Companies
- Experience in DSA / Open Market / Field Sales
