Real Estate Sales Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal Closure & Client Management

o Handle high-value clients and oversee the closure of property deals

o Ensure all client queries during the closing stage are addressed promptly

o Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients

2. Coordination & Documentation

o Coordinate with legal, finance, and internal teams for smooth documentation

o Ensure timely execution of agreements and financial transactions

o Maintain accuracy of all closing-related documents

3. Target Achievement

o Achieve monthly and quarterly closing targets

o Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to convert leads into confirmed bookings

4. Team Guidance (if applicable)

o Mentor and guide junior executives in handling closing processes

o Review and track the progress of deals handled by the team

5. Reporting & MIS

o Maintain reports on closures, pending documents, and client follow-ups

o Share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports with management

🔹 Requirements:

· 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales or closing

· Strong negotiation and client handling skills

· Understanding of legal, financial, and documentation processes in real estate

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Target-driven and organized
