Job Description
Hardware Support: Fix or replace broken parts on laptops, desktops, printers, and desk phones.
Software Troubleshooting: Install, update, and patch Windows, macOS, and standard office apps like Microsoft 365.
Network Help: Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and DNS/DHCP connection errors.
User Management: Process password resets and configure accounts for new hires or departing staff.
Ticket & Asset Control: Log issues in tools like ServiceNow, respect service time limits (SLAs), and track company tech inventory.
Escalation: Transfer difficult or deep system problems to L2 or L3 engineering groups. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
