Job Description
We are looking for an Eye OT Assistant to join our eye hospital team.
Responsibilities:
• Assist doctors and OT staff during eye surgeries and procedures.
• Prepare and arrange OT instruments and equipment.
• Assist in patient preparation before and after procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the operation theatre.
• Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments as per hospital protocol.
• Assist with shifting and handling patients.
• Maintain OT records and required supplies.
• Follow hospital safety and infection-control protocols.
Requirements:
• Experience in an eye hospital or OT will be an advantage.
• Good patient-handling and communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a medical team.
