Job Description
Day-to-Day Bookkeeping:Recording daily financial transactions, cash inflows/outflows, sales, and purchases in accounting software
Bank Reconciliation (BRS):Regularly reconciling company bank statements with internal ledger accounts to prevent discrepancies
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Managing vendor payments, tracking customer invoices, following up on dues, and maintaining petty cash registers
Payroll Processing: Calculating salaries, managing deductions, and preparing monthly payroll sheets for employees
Assisting senior accountants or managers in preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and periodic trial balance
Generating customized billing, inventory tracking, and MIS reports for business owners.
