1. Drive Customer Acquisition [1]

• Generate qualified B2B leads by visiting transport hubs, logistics parks, and RTO areas.
• Pitch bulk FASTag solutions to mid-and-large scale fleet operators.
• Onboard commercial vehicles across different classifications like LCVs, multi-axle trucks, and buses. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

2. Manage Accounts & Relationships

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients regarding toll payment issues.
• Train fleet managers on using client dashboards, tracking toll histories, and bulk recharges.
• Prevent account churn by ensuring clients maintain a healthy minimum balance to avoid blacklisting. [1, 2, 3, 4]

3. Handle Documentation & Operations [1]

• Collect and verify corporate KYC documents, firm registrations, and vehicle RC books.
• Coordinate tag activation and linkage to corporate prepaid wallets or bank accounts.
• Resolve vehicle classification mismatches to ensure accurate toll deductions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

4. Cross-Sell Ecosystem Products

• Bundle FASTag offerings with secondary services like GPS tracking, fuel cards, and fleet insurance.
• Collaborate with bank branches to offer used or new commercial vehicle financing alternatives. [1, 2, 3]
