Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage interior projects from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with clients, interior designers, architects, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved designs, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, fabricators, and other site teams.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.
• Monitor project costs, material usage, labour costs, and overall project budgets.
• Identify project delays, site issues, and potential risks and take corrective action.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.
• Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.
• Review measurements, quantities, BOQs, and material requirements.
• Manage client requirements, site changes, and project variations effectively.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and work records.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all finishing works meet company standards.
• Prepare and close snag lists and ensure timely rectification before handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

• Good knowledge of interior design execution and construction processes.
• Excellent vendor and contractor management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, electrical, lighting, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in interior project management.
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial interior projects is preferred.
