About Smart Print Media:

Smart Print Media is a growing signage and printing solutions company specializing in 3D Sign Boards, branding, signage, and end-to-end printing solutions for businesses. We are looking for a creative and customer-oriented Graphic Designer who can understand client requirements and convert ideas into attractive, practical designs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create creative and professional designs for 3D Sign Boards, signage, branding, and printing requirements.
• Develop designs based on client requirements, brand guidelines, and project specifications.
• Work extensively on CorelDRAW for designing and production-ready artwork.
• Use graphic design tools such as CorelDRAW; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant designing software could be plus.
• Have knowledge to change any file format to vector format, png or pdf format.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable design suggestions.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Suggest creative design options and help clients choose the most suitable solution.
• Effectively explain design concepts to clients and convince them about suitable design solutions.
• Make design modifications based on client feedback.
• Prepare final artwork according to printing and signage production requirements.
• Coordinate with the production/team to ensure designs are technically accurate and ready for execution.
• Maintain quality, creativity, accuracy, and timely delivery of design projects.

Required Skills

Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW.
• Good Graphic Design skills and creative thinking.
• Knowledge of designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. will be appreciated.
• Good understanding of layouts, typography, colours, branding, and visual communication.
• Ability to create production-ready artwork for printing and signage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest appropriate design solutions.
• Strong client-handling and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: PUC & Above
• Experience: 2–3 years in Graphic Designing / Signage / Printing / Advertising field.
• Candidates with experience in 3D signage design, outdoor advertising, printing, branding, or signage design will be preferred.
