Job Description
1️⃣ LOAN SALES EXECUTIVE
📍 Locations:
Pune: Camp, Shivaji Nagar, Deccan, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Aundh, Baner, Kothrud, Bavdhan, Karve Road, Swargate, Kondhwa/NIBM, Market Yard, Pimpri, Chinchwad, Nigdi & Akurdi.
Karnataka: Bangalore, Udupi, Mandya, Mangalore, Mysore & Hassan.
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
🎂 Age: 21–30 Years
💰 CTC: ₹3.5–4 LPA
🏢 Work Model: 50% Field + 50% Office
📍 Comfortable working within a 10 KM radius of the assigned branch.
Relevant Experience: Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Gold Loan or other Retail Loan Sales.

2️⃣ AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM)
📍 Locations: Bangalore, Udupi & Mandya, Karnataka
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
💰 CTC: ₹4.5–5.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Team handling and sales team management
• Loan business development and open-market sourcing
• Managing DSAs, builders and channel partners
• Achieving monthly business targets
• Customer and channel relationship management
• Monitoring team performance and business growth
