Job OverviewNoBroker is hiring BAPS – Presales Executives for a Work From Home opportunity. The role involves handling customer interactions, understanding requirements, qualifying leads, conducting follow-ups, and driving sales conversions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Drive sales conversions and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide timely assistance.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• English + any one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
• Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
• Good follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.

• Eligibility
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Candidates with experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• SalaryFreshers: ₹14,000/month (₹12,000 Fixed + ₹2,000 Internet Allowance)
• 1 Year Experience: ₹15,000/month (₹13,000 Fixed + ₹2,000 Internet Allowance)
• 2 Years Experience: ₹16,000/month (₹14,000 Fixed + ₹2,000 Internet Allowance)
