Job Description

Office-Based Sales Enquiry & System Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming sales calls and handle basic customer inquiries.
  • Generate invoices and punch orders using Tally and ERPNext.
  • Maintain daily sales records and data entries in MS Excel.
  • Communicate smoothly with local and outstation clients.
  • Support daily office administration and billing tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum High School graduate or Degree holder.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet browsing.
  • Software: Prior knowledge of Tally or ERPNext is a major plus (but not mandatory for freshers).
  • Traits: Polite phone manner, fast learner, and good typing speed.
