Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities by visiting construction sites, architects, builders, and interior designers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, residential projects, and commercial projects to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers to generate leads.
• Promote the company's products and services.
• Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the office team for quotations.
• Follow up with potential customers and schedule meetings.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or interiors industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
