Job Description – Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Retail Sales

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Working Days: Weekends included

Weekly Off: 1 weekday

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customers and provide excellent sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home décor and furnishing products.
• Follow up with leads generated through the store and other channels.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and services to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Handle order processing and maintain effective customer communication.
• Maintain excellent store condition, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock checking, and product organization.
• Properly stack and display products for sale.
• Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
• Process payments and accurately record sales through cash registers/POS systems.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Retail Sales.
• Candidates with a strong sales background are preferred.
• Diploma or Graduate qualification.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
• Ability to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Prior experience in home décor, furniture, furnishing, or retail will be an added advantage.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives
