Store Keeper

**URGENT REQUIREMENT**

A Site Store Keeper job in construction/site operations, the role typically involves managing materials, tools, inventory, and records at the project site.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain proper storage and identification of all site materials.
• Issue materials to workers, supervisors, and subcontractors against authorized requests.
• Maintain stock registers, material issue/receipt records, and inventory reports.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the site engineer/project manager when materials need replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
• Ensure materials are stored safely to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Maintain proper documentation such as GRN, material requisitions, delivery challans, and return records.
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, accounts, and site engineering teams.
• Track material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards inside the site store.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
