Job description

TIME : 9 AM - 5.30PM

·      Ensure that a safe and secure learning environment is provided for the children.

·      Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.

·      Ensure that a variety of materials and resources are provided to the children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.

·      Enforce all administration policies and rules.

·      Implementing the curriculum and giving a planner with guided activities

·      Enforce policies, take daily observations and anecdotes, and plan for each activity.

·      Care Call to Parents’ twice a month.

·      Ensure that the parent concerns are addressed without affecting relationship with them.

·      Feeding meals to children as per Footprints Standard.

·      Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of high-scope programs.

·      Store, maintain, and enhance the inventory and educational materials of the classroom. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet children’s various needs and interests.

·      Ensure that children are under complete supervision during arrival, dispersal, nap, meal, and the washroom time.

·      Participate in all the trainings.
