Job Title: Telecalling Executive
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic *Telecalling Executive* to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and provide information about the company’s products or services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.
* Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with potential customers.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
* Ability to handle calls professionally.
* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
