Job Description
**Job Title:** Inside Sales Executive
**Experience:** 2–3 Years
**Industry:** Construction / Residential Projects
*Age* : 22 to 28 Male / Female
**Location:** Bangalore
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive customer engagement for residential construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
* Generate and qualify leads from digital and offline sources.
* Follow up with prospects and schedule site visits.
* Explain project details, pricing, and company services.
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely closures.
* Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
**Requirements:**
* 2–3 years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in construction or real estate.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Target-driven with a positive attitude.
