Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the overall quality of solutions by carefully executing tests aligned with specified requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, meticulously identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with various delivery teams. The goal is to support the release of dependable and user-ready software products by maintaining clear communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adenza ControllerView.
- Strong analytical skills to design comprehensive manual test cases and identify defects effectively.
- Experience in documenting test results clearly and communicating issues to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and release readiness.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing complex software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adenza ControllerView.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
