Summary:
As a Security Transformation Practitioner, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive security solutions aimed at protecting digital assets and ensuring the continuity of business operations. This role requires integrating security measures seamlessly into various enterprise systems, applications, and processes. The practitioner actively works to prevent cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches by continuously enhancing security frameworks and collaborating with different stakeholders to maintain a secure and resilient environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security posture by identifying vulnerabilities and recommending effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
- Ability to configure and manage security tools and services such as Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel.
- Familiarity with threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management in cloud infrastructures.
- Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
