Senior Specialist - Software Engineering
MustHave Skills Primary Screening Focus
Strong technical depth and handson expertise in AIAgentic solutions
Experience with Copilot Studio Power Platform Microsoft 365 Agents SDK and Copilot APIs
Experience building enterprisegrade agent solutions and guiding architecture decisions
Working knowledge of Azure AI Services Visual Studio and NET
Strong partnerfacing communication consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to SI partners and help unblock technical challenges

The customer is looking for highcalibre Architectlevel profiles with strong AICopilot expertise
Candidates should be comfortable working with System Integrator SI partners in an advisory capacity
Strong partnerfacing communication and stakeholder management skills are critical
Ability to guide architecture decisions influence stakeholders and unblock implementation challenges
Preference for candidates who combine technical depth with a consultingproduct mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in software development consulting customer success or software delivery
Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to make progress with minimal guidance
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to engage with Clevel executives developers architects partners and sales teams
Strong project management problemsolving and negotiation skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 Azure NET and Office 365
