Life on the team

Computacenter’s GIS business unit is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities across ServiceNow-based solutions and integrated enterprise systems. In this role, you will own the test management approach end to end, ensuring high-quality deliveries through effective leadership, strong testing expertise, and close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

•  Take ownership of test management activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, coordination, and reporting across projects.
• Lead and coordinate manual and automated testing activities, ensuring appropriate test coverage and quality standards.
• Oversee and support ServiceNow testing, including platform configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Apply ATF (Automated Test Framework) knowledge to drive automation initiatives and improve test efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product teams to understand technical solutions, integrations, and dependencies.
• Ensure effective testing of integrations, including SAP and other enterprise systems, validating end-to-end processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for test-related topics, providing leadership, guidance, and prioritization for test teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes, tools, and quality metrics.
• Ensure transparent defect management, risk assessment, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and best practices.

 

What you'll need

 

• Strong background in test management, with several years of experience in Test Manager or Test Lead roles.
• Solid testing background, including hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proven ServiceNow background, including testing of configurations, workflows, and custom developments.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and experience supporting or implementing test automation.
• Awareness and experience with SAP integrations and enterprise system testing.
• Leadership skills, with experience guiding test teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Basic to intermediate JavaScript knowledge, especially in the context of ServiceNow or test automation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – good to have.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – nice to have.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and a proactive, quality-oriented mindset.
