Oversee feature plan implementation and design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA).

Summary:
As a Systems Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding and coordinating teams engaged in delivering sophisticated systems engineering solutions tailored to customer needs. This role includes overseeing the design and development of engineering systems linked to physical products, ensuring seamless integration of features and architecture. The day also involves managing system simulations and testing procedures, while supervising the execution of feature plans and conducting detailed analyses to identify potential failure modes. Collaboration across various teams and continuous monitoring of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring high-quality outcomes and innovation in engineering solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of complex engineering projects ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project delivery and resolve technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CRM Sales.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles including design, integration, and testing of engineering systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing design failure mode effect analysis to improve product reliability.
- Ability to manage and oversee system simulations and validation processes.
- Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and driving collaborative problem-solving.
- Competence in planning and executing feature implementation within complex engineering environments.
