Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement these architectures is a key part of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in solution definition that meets complex business and technical requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system capabilities to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Skilled in collaborating across diverse teams to drive architectural consistency and quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
