Job Description
Data Entry: Accurate and timely entry of sales, purchase, stock and other business data.
Tally Prime: Maintain basic accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, purchase/sales records and ledger updates in Tally Prime.
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and verify invoices, bills and related documents.
Inventory Data: Update stock inward/outward entries and maintain accurate inventory records.
Data Accuracy: Ensure minimum errors and regularly cross-check entered data with source documents.
Reports: Prepare daily/weekly reports as required by HR, Accounts, Stores and Management.
Documentation: Maintain proper filing of physical and digital records.
Coordination: Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Sales and other departments for data verification.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of company and employee/business data.
Compliance: Follow company procedures, documentation standards and data security practices.
