Job Description

Electrical Maintenance: Maintain and repair electrical systems, machines, panels, wiring, and equipment.

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular checks to avoid electrical breakdowns and production stoppages.

Machine Support: Attend electrical faults in bakery production, refrigeration, ovens, mixers, and other machinery.

Safety & Compliance: Follow electrical safety standards and ensure proper earthing, MCBs, cables, and electrical installations.

Breakdown Management: Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns and minimize downtime.

Daily Inspection: Check electrical panels, lighting, switches, motors, and power supply regularly.

Energy Management: Identify and reduce unnecessary electricity consumption.

Records & Reporting: Maintain maintenance records and report major electrical issues to the supervisor/management.

Emergency Support: Provide electrical support during emergencies and production-related requirements.
