Job Description

  • GeM Executive — Ashvi IrrigationTender Searching: Daily identify relevant GeM bids and opportunities.
  • Tender Analysis: Check eligibility, specifications, BOQ, ATC/STC and tender conditions.
  • Documentation: Collect, verify and prepare all required bid documents.
  • Bid Submission: Accurately prepare and submit bids before deadlines.
  • Pricing Coordination: Coordinate with estimation team and management for final pricing.
  • Reverse Auction: Participate in GeM RA as per approved pricing strategy.
  • Bid Tracking: Monitor technical evaluation, financial opening, L1 status and results.
  • Clarifications: Handle GeM queries and submit required clarifications on time.
  • Order Management: Track GeM orders, delivery, installation, acceptance and completion.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor PRC/CRAC, invoice submission and payment status.
  • Catalogue Management: Maintain and update Ashvi Irrigation’s GeM product/service listings.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly records of bids, results, orders and pending actions.
