Office Coordinator – Loan Operations
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to manage the smooth processing of loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and organize documents from customers.
Coordinate with multiple banks and customers to ensure seamless communication.
Follow up on pending documents and application status.
Maintain proper records and update internal trackers.
Work towards minimizing delays and ensuring a hassle-free experience for customers.
Ideal Candidate:
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Prior experience in banking, finance, or back-office operations is preferred but not mandatory.
