Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Generate new leads and develop new project and retail customers.
- Manage customer relationships and follow up on quotations and orders.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with the production and installation teams for timely order completion.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage and guide the sales team to improve overall performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business growth.
