Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable FMCG products
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products on shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and schemes to customers
- Check product expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team for stock replenishment
- Maintain records of sales and inventory if required
- Support in store opening and closing activities
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of FMCG products is an advantage
Qualification:
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Any degree is an added advantage
Experience:
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in Retail / FMCG sales
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Open to both Male and Female candidates
