Telecalling Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a persuasive and highly motivated Telecaller to join our construction and real estate team. In this role, you will reach out to potential home buyers, commercial clients, and investors to present our ongoing and upcoming construction projects, schedule site visits, and support our property sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective clients using company-provided databases to explain construction projects, floor plans, pricing, and payment structures.

Pitch commercial and residential properties, highlighting key features, amenities, location advantages, and project timelines.

Schedule and confirm property site visits for qualified leads with the on-site sales team.

Answer customer inquiries regarding construction quality, approval status, possession dates, and loan options.

Maintain complete and updated logs of prospective leads, follow-up dates, and feedback in the CRM system.

Follow up consistently with warm leads to build relationships and move them toward closing.

Meet daily call targets, lead-qualification metrics, and site-visit scheduling quotas.

Requirements & Skills

Education: High school diploma, Higher Secondary, or Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in -, inside sales, or customer service (prior real estate or construction sales experience preferred).

Languages: Fluent in [Primary Language, e.g., English] and [Local/Regional Language].

Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terminologies (e.g., square footage, site visits, booking process, possession).

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, customer handling, and convincing abilities.

Tech Skills: Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.

Salary: Fixed monthly base salary + attractive commission per closed deal / site visit conversion.
