Job Description

Job Description – Customer Support Executive

Role: Customer Support Executive

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer claims, emails, and invoices efficiently.
  • Respond to internal and external escalation calls professionally.
  • Monitor pending work and escalate issues as per the defined escalation matrix.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Possess basic knowledge of MS Excel for daily operations.
  • Requirements:Basic MS Excel knowledge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Shift Details:Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Shift: General Day Shift
  • Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
