Position SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to drive business growth in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical sales of HVAC, cleanroom, or dehumidification solutions and possess strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities·        Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and industrial clients.

·        Promote and sell HVAC systems, cleanroom solutions, dehumidification systems, and environmental control solutions.

·        Meet sales targets by identifying customer requirements and offering technically suitable solutions.

·        Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and cost estimates.

·        Coordinate with the engineering, design, and project execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.

·        Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.

·        Build and maintain relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, architects, and project management companies.

·        Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.

·        Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close orders.

·        Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline reports.

Candidate Requirements·        Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

·        2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.

·        Experience in selling HVAC systems, cleanroom projects, dehumidification systems, AHUs, or environmental control solutions.

·        Good understanding of HVAC design concepts and cleanroom standards.

·        Experience in handling technical discussions with consultants and customers.

·        Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in tendering processes.

·        Self-motivated with strong business development skills.

·        Willingness to travel for customer visits and project discussions.
