Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Source new borrowers through cold calling, field visits, and digital leads.
  • Lead Conversion: Pitch personal loan products effectively to prospective salaried and self-employed individuals.
  • Financial Assessment: Review applicant financial profiles, credit scores, and income documents for eligibility.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong ties with channel partners, corporate agents, and existing clients for referrals.
  • Documentation Support: Guide customers through the loan application, KYC verification, and disbursal processes.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly loan disbursement volume and value targets.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales activities comply with internal credit policies and banking regulations
