Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Coimbatore / Tirupur / Erode
Roles and Responsibilities
· Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, phone calls and local networking.
· Explain chit schemes, monthly instalments, bidding process, benefits and terms to prospective customers.
· Convert prospects into new chit subscribers and help complete KYC/documentation.
· Follow up with existing customers and encourage timely monthly instalment payments.
· Build relationships that generate repeat business and customer referrals.
· Support customers when they need to bid and receive the chit amount.
· Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and lead pipelines.
· Coordinate with the branch manager and collection team.
· Monitor competitors and identify new customer segments.
